Out and about

Visiting Daddy at the office. The girls LOVE to visit.
Storytime one week involved a visit from the fire truck.
Ellie was in the middle of a mermaid phase - wearing the outfit everywhere.
When was the last time you saw a mermaid on a fire truck?

Riding bikes in the neighborhood. Here's the creek next to our house,
complete with flower-power bike and a mermaid with fairy wings.

Just hanging out at home...

Breakfast time!
Yummy.

Making a quick call.

Wait a minute, there's an extra person in this crib.

Just hangin' in the crib.

This was the day we all came down with swine flu. I was feeling blah so we made a batch of paprika playdoh and the girls got creative.

Smiley food.

One of Ellie's Halloween get-ups. I love the socks!

Hello sweet Sadie baby.

In the swing, life is good.

Homecoming

Homecoming this year was fun. Ellie wore her cheerleader outfit, of course.
Our favorite float was... (can you guess what this is?)
The Candy Land Float!! How perfect!

Ellie played a little hide-n-seek with the camera. She was one giggly, speedy little cheerleader.

Oh, hey, there's real candy all over this float! (So THAT's how we get her to stand still!)

Jumpy Castles

Is there anything better on a rainy day then some time spent at a bouncy castle place?

Go Sadie! Go!

... OK, she didn't really go down this slide, she was just exploring the lower part of it.
Ellie, on the other hand, does go down this slide again and again. And I'm pretty sure she likes it.

Can you spot a little somebody peering from behind these large feet? (Look to the far left.)

Hi bouncy Sadie!

Down a slide...

...then up...

...then down again.

Ellie and her friend Genevieve love jumping!

Wes' Birthday!

Ellie and I attempted a CandyLand cake for Wes' birthday...

Happy birthday Wes!
