Just like every other part of Sweden, Malmö gets decked out for Christmas.
There is no shortage of buildings in Malmö that are fun to look at.
Here's a close-up of that same building. Each balcony seems to tell a story. Sometime, in all my free moments, I would love to find a way to learn more about this building.

There's the same tree (center photo) at night.
In the foreground are little tins with open flames burning in each one.
The lights on the tree to the right in this photo might not look like much here but in person it is fun to watch. The lights fall continuously, bringing to mind falling snow. We've seen several trees decorated this way.
More Christmas lights and a fireplace in the middle of the road.
This tree was a metal frame covered with lit candles. (Many had blown out when I took this photo). Yet again a moment when I thought that if we were in the USA this would never fly. Open flames where passersby, even small ones, could reach out and touch the flame? Imagine that in the US...
