Before our trip to Legoland, my parents had done some sight-seeing in Denmark. They had visited Frederiksborg Palace and since it was close to our route home, we decided to swing by on the way.
The closer we got, the more I began to realize this wasn't going to be like the spare, calm historical sights we've seen recently. I've become used to the non-ornateness of the cathedral in Lund. This was on the opposite end of the spectrum.
